I WAN’T TO BE YOUR GUIDE ON THIS JOUNRNEY! IF YOU ARE LIKE MOST PEOPLE, YOU’VE TRIED EVERY PILL, POTION, AND PROGRAM THAT PROMISES RESULTS ONLY TO QUIT A COUPLE MONTHS IN BECAUSE YOU GOT BORED. MOST PEOPLE GO THROUGH THIS VICIOUS CYCLE YEAR AFTER YEAR ONLY TO END UP WORSE THAN THEY BEGAN. WE ARE GOING TO BREAK THIS CYCLE TOGETHER!
